Account & Steam login

How do I sign in?

Click "Sign in" and authenticate with Steam. We use Steam OpenID — we never see your Steam password.

Why am I being asked for a Steam trade URL?

Your trade URL is required to send you skins on withdrawal. It is not used for anything else and can be updated from your profile.

Can I have multiple accounts?

No. One account per person. Multi-accounting will result in all accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

I see "Account banned" — what does that mean?

An admin has restricted access to this account. Contact support if you believe this is in error.

Crypto deposits & withdrawals

How do crypto deposits work?

Each settled USD of crypto credits 1.46 displayed gems (146 balance units). Settlement happens after the network confirms the payment.

What is the minimum withdrawal?

Crypto withdrawals are paid 1 USD face balance = $0.64 on-chain. The minimum payout is $3, so the minimum face withdrawal is approximately $4.69.

Why was my withdrawal rejected on a specific network?

Some chains (BTC mainnet, ETH mainnet) carry network minimums above our $3 floor. The rejection message surfaces the exact minimum from our payout provider.

How long do crypto withdrawals take?

Auto-payouts dispatch within minutes once a withdrawal passes risk review. Confirmation time on-chain depends on the network.

My deposit is stuck "pending" — what should I do?

Crypto deposits credit only after the network confirms the transaction. If it has been confirmed but not credited, contact support with the on-chain transaction hash.

Skin deposits & withdrawals

How do skin deposits work?

Pick items in the deposit UI. A bot sends you a Steam trade offer that contains a unique trade-code message (e.g. "CODE:1234567890..."). Accept the offer in the Steam mobile app and we credit your balance once the trade settles.

What is the trade code for?

It is a one-time identifier we use to match the Steam trade to your deposit row. Never share it. Only accept offers whose message exactly matches the code shown to you.

Why does Steam say my account is in escrow?

Steam holds trades for up to 15 days when you have not had Steam Mobile Authenticator enabled long enough. Enable the authenticator and wait the cooldown out — we cannot bypass Steam escrow.

My skin withdrawal says "sending offer" — what now?

Our bot is in the process of dispatching the trade. You will receive a Steam trade offer within a few minutes. If it does not arrive, the bot poller will retry on the next sweep.

Why is the deposit value lower than the Steam Market price?

We apply a liquidity discount (~15–30%) to cover the slippage of selling skins back into the market, plus a per-item bid-reality cap.

Games & provably fair

Can I verify game outcomes myself?

Yes. Visit /provably-fair to verify any past round. We commit to a hashed server seed before each round and reveal the seed after the round ends so you can independently reproduce the outcome.

How do I rotate my client seed?

Open the provably-fair page and pick "Rotate seed". Both the old and new seeds remain visible so historical rounds stay verifiable.

What is the house edge?

It varies by game and configuration. Game pages disclose their rules and payout tables; numeric edge or RTP is shown where the product publishes it. Outcomes remain random and independently verifiable per round.

Public data

Where is the public Rust skin price feed?

Use /skin-prices/v1/skins. It is open CORS, cacheable for 6 hours, and intentionally avoids the web-domain /api path.

How do I look up one skin?

/skin-prices/v1/skins/{slug} returns the single-skin payload, including similar-skin recommendations and canonical RustSnowball skin URLs.

Battles (case battles)

What is a Battle?

A Battle is a head-to-head case-opening race. Players each pay one entry fee and the same case sequence opens for everyone. Whoever the winner rule selects collects the entire drop pool — that is, the sum of every item every player opened.

What modes can I play?

Pick from FFA layouts (1v1, 1v1v1, 1v1v1v1, 1v1v1v1v1v1) and Team layouts (2v2, 2v2v2, 3v3). The "winner rule" can be Highest total (default), Crazy (lowest total wins), or Jackpot (drop-pool–weighted random winner).

How is the winner picked?

The server commits to a hashed server seed before any case opens. Each case-open uses HMAC-SHA256(serverSeed, clientSeed:nonce) to derive a roll, which selects an item by weight. The seed is revealed after the battle ends — you can replay every roll on /provably-fair.

Where does the house edge come from? Is there a rake?

There is no per-battle rake. The house edge (2.5-5%, calibrated per case) is built into the EV of each case so the drop-pool payout is a clean win-takes-pool model. We do not skim from your winnings.

What happens if a battle is cancelled?

Every paying player gets a full refund. Cancellation can come from the creator (before the lobby fills), the 5-minute join timeout, or auto-recovery when the server fails to start a battle. Refunds appear in your wallet ledger as case_battle_refund.

What are bots?

If a public battle has empty seats, the creator can fill them with bots so it starts faster. Bots are server-controlled — they do not collect winnings (any human winner takes the bot share too) and they do not pay an entry fee.

How do private battles work?

Toggle Private when creating a battle. The creator gets an 8-character code; share the invite link with friends. Private battles do not appear in the public lobby and do not allow bots.

Affiliates & referrals

How does the affiliate system work?

Approved partners earn commission on commissioned bets placed by users they referred. The standard rate is 1%, admin-assigned partner rates can differ, and earnings can be claimed once they reach the minimum (minimum claim: $10).

What does my referee get?

They receive a 0.15-gem signup gift once they make their first real deposit after binding your code. You do not receive a signup gift — your reward is the 1% commission you earn on their wagers once they have deposited. Signups without a real deposit earn nothing.

Why was my claim rejected?

Claim is blocked while the account is banned. If you believe this is in error, contact support.

Withdrawal eligibility

Why can't I withdraw?

You must wager your full deposit amount before withdrawing (1× deposit rollover). If you received a bonus, you must also complete the bonus wagering requirement.
