This disclosure supplements the Terms of Service, Responsible Gambling, and Restricted Jurisdictionspages. It does not replace those documents.
1. Gambling loss risk
Casino-style games have a house edge. Even when a game is provably fair and correctly implemented, the expected long-term result favors the operator. Short-term variance can be extreme: a player can lose a long sequence of rounds even on games with high RTP.
2. No guaranteed outcomes
No strategy, pattern, staking plan, influencer post, chat message, or previous result can guarantee a win. Past outcomes do not make future outcomes more likely. Treat every wager as money at risk.
3. Rust skin value risk
Rust skin prices can move quickly. Steam market prices, third-party marketplace liquidity, bot inventory, trade holds, item restrictions, and demand changes can affect the value assigned to a skin before or after a deposit, wager, or withdrawal.
4. Cryptocurrency and payment risk
Crypto payments are generally irreversible. Sending funds to the wrong network or address can permanently lose them. Network fees, chain congestion, exchange holds, sanctions screening, source-of-funds checks, and payout-provider limits can delay or block transactions.
5. Eligibility and age restrictions
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old, or the higher minimum legal age for online gambling where you are located. You are responsible for confirming that using the platform is lawful for your location, citizenship, residence, and payment method.
6. Responsible play
If gambling stops feeling controlled, stop playing and contact a problem-gambling support service in your jurisdiction. Our responsible-gambling support information is described at /legal/responsible-gambling.
