Bonus & Promotions Terms

These Bonus & Promotions Terms (the "Bonus Terms") form part of your Terms of Service and govern every form of promotional credit we issue, including but not limited to:

• Signup gift (the 0.15 gem credit issued once you have made your first real deposit after binding a referral code);
• Affiliate / referrer commission accruals (paid per-wager);
• Rakeback accruals;
• Daily case openings, faucet claims, promo-code credit;
• Rain prizes, leaderboard prizes, challenge rewards;
• Free opens, free wagers, or any other pre-funded play;
• Any other credit labelled "bonus", "promo", "gift", or "reward" on the Platform.

1. Discretion to issue, modify and withdraw

We may issue, modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time at our sole discretion. No promotion creates an enforceable expectation that the same promotion will be offered again, on the same terms, or to the same eligibility group. The promotion as displayed on the Platform at the moment of issue, together with these Bonus Terms, is the binding statement of the offer.

2. Eligibility

Unless a specific promotion says otherwise, you are eligible to receive a bonus only if:

• Your Account is in good standing and has passed any verification we have required;
• You are not a Restricted Person under Terms Section 4 and you are not located in a Restricted Jurisdiction;
• You have not previously been banned, closed, suspended, or had bonuses voided for bonus abuse, multi-accounting, collusion, fraud, sanctions concerns, financial-crime concerns, or any other material breach;
• You are not a related party, immediate family member, household member, employee or contractor of the Operator;
• You have not opted out of marketing communications where opt-in is required to receive the specific offer.

3. Wagering requirement

Every bonus carries a wagering requirement (also called "rollover", "playthrough" or "turnover"). The default wagering multiplier is 1× unless a specific promotion clearly displays a different multiplier; the multiplier is applied to the bonus amount in Coins. While wagering is outstanding, the equivalent bonus amount is non-withdrawable. Each eligible wager you place burns down the wagering balance by the wager amount.

Some games may contribute partially or not at all to wagering burn-down where they have a high RTP, low variance, or operate head-to-head with another player. Where partial contribution applies it is displayed in the rules panel of the affected game. Cancelled, voided, refunded, or push wagers do not contribute.

4. Max bet while wagering

While you have outstanding wagering, you may not place any single wager that exceeds the smaller of (i) the maximum bet displayed in the promotion or in the affected game's rules panel, or (ii) five percent (5%) of the outstanding wagering balance. Wagers in breach of this Section may be voided and any winnings flowing from them may be clawed back.

5. Bonus expiry

Bonuses carry an expiry. Where an expiry is not displayed on the specific promotion, a bonus expires when its outstanding wagering balance has not changed for ninety (90) consecutive days. Soft expiry: the bonus and any unused wagering balance lapse, your spendable balance is unaffected, and any wagering still outstanding remains payable before you can withdraw the underlying funds. Expiry is automated and final; we are not obliged to reissue expired bonus credit.

6. Stacking

Unless a specific promotion says otherwise, only one bonus may be active at a time. Where you would receive a second bonus while wagering on a first is incomplete, we may queue the second bonus to take effect after the first clears, or void the second bonus and refund the underlying deposit (if any). Combining bonuses to manufacture an outcome we did not intend (e.g. rakeback + referral commission cycling between two Accounts) is bonus abuse.

7. Bonus abuse

"Bonus abuse" means any pattern of activity that exploits a promotion in a manner inconsistent with the bona fide play we intended to reward, including:

• Multi-accounting to harvest a per-Account promotion more than once;
• Hedging across two Accounts (or across the Platform and a third-party site) so that one side's loss is offset by the other's win and the bonus is the net profit;
• Operating an Account as a "bonus hunter" service for another person or under a coaching arrangement;
• Cycling Coins between Accounts via Coinflip lobbies, chip-dumps, or tips to satisfy wagering on a target Account;
• Depositing under a referral code whose referrer is in fact yourself, a household member, a device-shared user, or a colluding party;
• Triggering the signup gift (or any other promotional credit), then immediately playing only low-variance / non-eligible games to lock in the bonus, then withdrawing;
• Using stolen, third-party, or chargeback-prone payment methods to fund deposits that qualify for a bonus;
• Any pattern that a reasonable casino operator would identify as inconsistent with the spirit of the offer.

8. Remedies for bonus abuse

Where we determine on reasonable grounds that bonus abuse has occurred, we may, at our sole discretion:

• Void the bonus and any winnings flowing from it;
• Roll back affected Rounds;
• Withhold pending withdrawals until the abuse is investigated;
• Suspend the Account;
• Close the Account and forfeit the affected balance to the extent of unjust enrichment;
• Disqualify you from future promotions permanently;
• Report the activity to payment networks, blockchain-analytics providers, and law enforcement where appropriate.

Forfeiture under this Section is liquidated damages for breach of the Bonus Terms. We do not retain the underlying deposit where the deposit itself was untainted; only the bonus and its derived winnings are forfeited where forfeiture is so limited.

9. Referral commission specifics

Referral commission is the accrual rate disclosed on the Affiliate tab of your profile (1% of eligible wager volume by default). On games with a low house edge, the commission credited for a wager is capped at a share of the expected house margin on that wager, so the effective rate on those games may be lower than the headline rate. The referee must apply the code within the in-Platform UI; codes applied via support cannot be back-dated. Commission accrues only on commissioned wagers placed by referees in good standing and does not accrue on bonus-funded wagers, voided wagers, or wagers canceled by us. Referral and affiliate abuse rules are consolidated in the Terms of Service.

Anyone publishing a referral code, affiliate link, sponsored message, or compensated mention must disclose the material connection clearly and close to the recommendation. Hidden referral links, fake independent reviews, undisclosed sponsorships, and any marketing that implies guaranteed profit or reduced gambling risk are prohibited.

10. Rakeback specifics

Rakeback accrues per the formula disclosed at /rewards. Rakeback accruals are a holding-column entry; the spendable transition occurs only on claim. Rakeback is forfeitable for bonus abuse, multi-accounting, collusion, or any other breach of these Bonus Terms or the AUP.

11. Rain specifics

Rains are public-pool drops; eligibility is set per the rain's configuration at the moment of trigger. Joining a rain via multi-account, bot, or coordinated effort with the intent to dump the prize to one beneficiary is bonus abuse.

12. Tax

Bonuses may be taxable income in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for the tax treatment of any promotional credit you receive.

13. Disputes

Disputes about bonuses are handled under the dispute procedure in the Terms of Service. Forfeiture decisions made under this Section may be appealed to support@rustsnowball.com within thirty (30) days of notification; the decision on appeal is final and binding subject to the arbitration clause in the Terms.
