Restricted Jurisdictions
Rust Snowball does not accept users from sanctioned countries, from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited, or from jurisdictions where we are not yet licensed. The list below is illustrative; you warrant that using the Platform is lawful for you, and you bear the risk if it is not.
This page sits alongside Section 4 of our Terms of Service. Both apply. Country- specific legality summaries are at /legal/country/[iso] where we maintain them.
1. You warrant local legality
By creating an Account, depositing, or wagering you warrant that accessing online gambling and the specific games we offer is lawful for you, having regard to your nationality, ordinary residence, physical location, the law of your jurisdiction, the law of any jurisdiction in which an applicable settlement instrument is regulated, and any sanctions or watch-list. The risk of getting that wrong is yours. See also our Terms of Service.

We may also report VPN-evasion attempts to payment networks and law enforcement.
7. List maintenance
The lists above are not exhaustive and are illustrative as at the last-updated date of this page. We add or remove jurisdictions as sanctions evolve, as we obtain licenses, as local courts or regulators issue directions to us, and as our risk appetite changes. The most up-to-date list is whatever is enforced by our geo-IP gate at the moment of access.
